We do not provide room service.

Half board is mandatory for the whole duration of your stay.
Half board fee per person in addition to bungalow fees: € 18,00. Half board consist of lunch or dinner – two courses among antipasti, first course, usually pasta course and second course with seasonal side dish – fixed menu – beverages, fruit, desserts and extras are not included. The cost of every additional dish is € 11,00 for starters – €8,00 for main courses and €10,00 for second courses.
It is also possible arrange full board treatment.
Restaurant fees are subject to possible changes according to specific public holidays. Breakfast will be served at the bar of the restaurant, you can choose among cappuccino, fruit juice, tea, milk or coffee and between a slice of homemade cake or bread with jam.
Children’s meal fees are based on what they consume.

The reservation will be ratified after an initial deposit equal to the 30% of the agreed total amount of the vacation, sent by bank transfer; then a written confirmation of your reservation will be sent.
The balance must be paid at check in upon arrival, along with a deposit of €100.00 to cover possible damages and expenses caused by the guests, which will be reimbursed upon departure if no damage has occurred. Extra costs not included in the total price will be paid at the moment of consuming.
Your reservation will be valid only after a written confirmation sent by Mararanch. In case of cancellation, you will not receive any reimbursement; it will be possible to book another stay according to farmhouse availability and with 20 days notice prior to your expected arrival. In case of early departure or late arrival, you will be asked to pay the entire amount of the vacation.
Guests are responsible for any damages to bungalow or its furniture; guests are kindly request to wait until we verify the condition of the bungalow. Visitors are not allowed in the bungalow area. Camp stoves and outdoor griddles are not allowed in any of the farmhouse areas.

Check in and check out:

• High season check in from 14:00 – check out before 10:00 am
• Middle and low season: according to our guests’ needs upon agreement with our reception.
